Why do we need funds?

Due to the lack of government funding our charity is driven by a desperate need to fund research into this aggressive disease. As inflammatory breast cancer is so rare we realise there is a need to not only promote and raise awareness of this condition but to also provide vital support to those living with IBC.

Want to help?

We have many ways you can help us and we are always grateful for any help we receive.

Fundraising

We are thankful to all our supporters who help to raise money to fund the only UK research into inflammatory breast cancer.

Our supporters current fundraisers can be found to the left. Please feel free to donate to any of them, or you can get involved in our monthly themed fundraiser, found to the left aswell.

Or why not have your own fundraiser, want to raise funds for us, but unsure how? Here are some ideas that could help you. Fundraising already starts with “fun”, so why not use some of our ideas.

Our Supporters

We are always delighted and grateful to receive any donations from any of our supporters, however large or small.  We also love to hear how you raise vital funds for us.

As a charity we are fortunate to have people that continue to support us time and time again and we thought we would share some of their stories and their reasons for supporting us.

If you’d like to raise funds for us, we have some fun ideas on our A to Z of fundraising list as well as our monthly fundraiser. Please have a look and consider supporting our charity, if you are having a fundraiser for us, please get in touch, contact us at info@ibcnetworkuk.org, as we would love to support you.

Volunteer

Volunteers play a crucial role in helping us achieve our charity’s mission. This mission includes supporting and educating those affected by inflammatory breast cancer.

We also promote and raise awareness of the disease. Last, but not least, we raise funds for research into this rare and aggressive type of breast cancer.

We are extremely grateful for all the hard work and support that our volunteers dedicate to our charity.

The Inflammatory Breast Cancer Network UK is pleased to launch its 2022-25 Volunteer’s Programme. You can download our Volunteer’s Strategy Plan below and, if you are interested in volunteering with us, take a look at our current vacancies. We look forward to hearing from you.
